Vive la Crepe is a chain of small creperies utilizing reclaimed lumber, blackened steel and traditional white marble and tiles. Converting these retail spaces to accommodate food service use also required overhauling the plumbing infrastructure and upgrading electrical services to account for health and building code compliance.
